This entryway ensemble was designed and fabricated for a client seeking to blend traditional style with a more modern aesthetic. The set was designed to compliment their art collection, standing out without detracting from its surroundings.

Our client wanted a panel for their front door that offered privacy from the street, while still allowing in plenty of light. The handmade rondels used in this piece add to the old-world look that the client wanted to compliment their Tudor-style home.

A pair of interior entryway sets for our clients' master bedroom suite. They wanted a design that coordinated with their front door panel (visible from the bedroom), and we created a room separator to allow light in without feeling boxed-in.

While the commissioning of glass art can seem complicated, our goal is to make the process as smooth, comfortable, and easy as possible for our clients. Here's how you can get started:
STEP I: MEASUREMENTS

The first thing you will need are the measurements of the panel you’re looking to have made. Even if you don’t have the final size, dimensions that are close will give us something to start with. If we don’t know how big it needs to be, we can’t give you even a ballpark cost!

If the panel you want made isn’t square or rectangular, we can do that too! For this type of situation, we would require the client to provide us with a template for fabrication (we don’t normally require the template for pricing purposes).

STEP II: DESIGN

Many of the customers we work with already have some idea of the design or style of design that they would like in their piece. If you don’t already have the exact design you want, creating a collection of images that are similar to what you’re looking for is a great starting point.

Here in our studio, we have a variety of books with many different styles of patterns for you to browse, suitable for many different applications and proportions of panel. We also offer custom design services. Have an idea in your head that you don’t see anywhere else? Our expert designers can work with you to create the perfect piece for your space!

STEP III: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Once you have some measurements and design ideas together, the next step is to set up an appointment with our artists to discuss your project.
